Cuvée from young Chardonnay vines and vinified in large 350 liter barrels for 6 months. Its short aging allows it to retain its fruit and freshness.

🍸 Serve between 10°C and 12°C.
Drink as an aperitif, with seafood, white fish or cheese. We recommend it with Sunday roast chicken.

25km northwest of Lyon, in the Azergues valley, known as “the Buissonière Route”, the Chasselay family has lived on the commune of Châtilon d’Azergues. The estate is located in the heart of Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées.
Jean-Gilles and Christiane Chasselay have been harvesting winegrowers since 1981. After their studies in viticulture, oenology and wine trade, their children Claire and Fabien joined Domaine JG Chasselay in 2007.
The trio Claire, Fabien and their father Jean-Gilles strive to produce without weedkiller, zero synthetic chemicals, no sulfur apart from very small quantity in order to optimize the conservation of the wines. They also give much importance to this nature that surrounds them, with the creation of hedges hedgerows and flower strips, in order to avoid erosion and promote biodiversity and auxiliary fauna, and above all protect their vines from neighbors using phytosanitary products.
